FS - Molded Screen and Relocation piece
If anyone wants to buy a dvd/navigation set up I am in the process of making a few of these pieces and selling them as a set. The screen costs $250 (xenarc 700 series), parts from honda are $60, supplies is about $20 and alot of labor hours go into each set. So were lookin at around $400-$450 for the whole setup, if anyone is interested send me a PM. The HU relocation piece fits 01-02 civics but I can sell just the screen console if you are plugging it into a dvd changer or carputer. Or you can make your own HU relocation piece with the instructions below if you have an 03 or 04. Look at the pictures, the design will be exactly the same except it will be finished with a black wrinkle paint for a stock look.

well you dont really have to call dibs because i am going to make as many of these as people want (within my ability). I just need to get some input on how many I should start making so i can have some ready to go within a couple weeks. I do appreciate the enthusiasm though...:0)

how much will it cost just for your labor? I already a molded the screen, but the guy that did it for me made it like crap. I have a extra console and a lillput case. I just need the case molded to the console.

Yeah i thought about that but ive had so many ppl talk to me about making these things for them if i have a "dead beat bidder" i'm sure i could just sell the pieces to someone else, i'm just trying to get as many done as i can so ppl dont have to wait. I will have one set done this week and the parts for 3 more sets are coming in saturday, i should have those 3 done in about 2 weeks. I have no problem just selling the pieces without a screen, (it saves me the time and up front money to go to xenarc and get it myself) but the way i make them is i mold the bracket for the screen with fiberglass to begin with and the only brackets i have are for xenarc 700 series screens. Its not like i make the pieces and then just glue the screen or something when i'm done. The screen is actually part of the mold. So if you have a xenarc 700 series screen on hand youre fine, if not youre gonna have to do some fabricating to fit your own screen
