there not blacked out. Those are the gunmental headlights that are on the malaysian civics stock.

ive never seen a blacked out headlight housing for sale yet. only the projector ones. i blacked mines out myself.

You have to have a buddy from asia export it to you or you can try ebay. Not worth the price though. I thinking they were going for $600 on ebay awhile back.
