no its not. you have to rewire the pins according to the diy here. not very hard it took me 30 mins max.

not sure how many miles are on it. I bought it from ebay, then decided I would rather have an 01-02 cluster cuz I didnt want to rewire. Shift boot isnt for sale, its just the only pic of the cluster that I had at the time.

Its a ITR shift boot, u can find it on ebay for about $30. Just dont be fooled for the knock offs, look for the real honda packaging.

Yes, like gearbox said you have to follow the DIY on the rewire, I even have the extraction tool also that will be sold with the cluster if you decide to buy.

mainly cuz I bought this cluster before I knew that I had to rewire the wiring, so I bough an 01 ex cluster instead.
