400 bucks sounds pretty good to me. Koni's paint blows. you lose a bunch of it in the install.
Think of it this way, Konis are what?550-600 new? plus he saved you the trouble of getting them in there.
I wouldn't be bitching about 400 bucks. They're konis, not tokicos. If you don't understand the difference, then just pass on them.

sorry about the questions, but im not suspension inclined. These will bolt right in once I throw on a set of springs? I wont need to take any parts from my stock setup to make these work? where are you located at?
I think $400 is a very good price. Many of you guys looking for stuff here want everything for free. I just sold a set of 2001 Si rims locally for $450 and guys here were pm'ing me with offers of 150shipped. I wouldnt sell those for below $380 and if people offer you less your better off keeping them.
