Flagstaff is located at the base of the san francisco peaks and is at 7000ft above sea level...that is 1800 ft higher than Denver...yeah sometimes you need chains there....only had to use them once though in 4 years

All right guys, here are the measurements....now I don't have a caliper, but I do have my trusty ruler....here are the measurements:
Stock - 59mm at the top and 58mm at the bottom
Bored - 63mm at the top and 61mm at the bottom

Forgot to answer the questions about gains and idle...my bad.
The idle is just fine, smooth and normal. There is a screw that you can use to adjust the idle speed, but I didn't have to adjust it at all.
As for gains...it's not a turbo charger by any means, but my "butt dyno" says that it is on par w/ a CAI. I didn't experience any low end loss at all and seem to have a little more pull in the upper end.

Yes, the price is shipped. The etching is more of a discoloration of the chrome, and not really like a scratch, or anything. I can try to get a couple of close up pictures of it this afternoon and send them to you. If your interested PM me your e-mail address I will get them out to you sometime today.
Thanks,
