I have a traffic light signal changer for sale. I imported it from the USA. I have only used it in Sudbury and it works 100% at any intersection in the city with sensors. They are called Opticom. You should check and see if the city uses these sensors first.

i dont think we have MIRT's at our signals in FL.... unless its that light under the signal

I think it is those blue lights under the light pole. Everytime a cop or amulance goes through the light, those blue lights all go on and the cop goes through the intersection.
