Rep Power: 260 yes, if you get the HP header for an ex. HP header (for 02 EX) /megan racing downpipe with cat/ custom exhaust. Yes, should fit an 02 DX with this set up. EX and DX have the same exhaust manifold. Ex's have their cat further down the downpipe while Dx/Lx having their cat and header as 1 piece. Swapping out your header with an hp header for a 02 ex with this downpipe would work to the best of my knowledge. Basically like doing a Dx/Lx to Ex exhaust swap.

Rep Power: 260 also you wouldn't have to get a custom exhaust to fit this on your Dx either. Just get an exhaust for 02 4dr Ex, but sometimes custom is cheaper.

Rep Power: 260 Argh, i think i'm confusing you, cuz i'm confusing myself. Basically, your ideal set-up would be: Any header of your choice made for an 02 Ex/This megan racing downpipe and cat/Any exhaust made for 02 Ex 4dr, or custom if you like
then bingo- ex exhaust swap
