The money may seem a bit high, but it's because of the bulbs....a set of mtech 4x that have to be sent in for the lifetime warrenty for the exchange...plus a set of silvania silverstars...then two other sets of h1 bulbs that came with the headlights when i got them....no scratches at all...

I heard that they fog up though in the winter time? That true? What kind I do to prevent this? I live in Seattle and it rains like 8 months out of the year. LoL.

the fog is extremely minimal....you may get like a 1 cm square spot at the top right of the housing...driver's side....nothing that looks bad or affects it...too small to even worry...if you were to reseal, you would prob end up making it worse than what it is...seriously, it's no bigger than my avitar when it's at it's worse and it gets down to the size of your avitar when it's fine...
