I bought these about a month ago but never got around to install. (Currently working on the install of my a/v system and turbo)
Also, have projectors but might get rid of them too for clear OEM headlights.
I bought them for 325 shipped. They are brand new and still in their original packaging (Original McCulloch black box with McCulloch logo.) Looking for 300 plus shipping. (Will be about 10 dollars shipped in US)
BTW, the wiring for these are extra long, so you wont have to cram them underneath or beside the lighting. The wiring is long enough to install the ballasts near the firewall. Warranty is one year from my purchase date a month ago.
These pics are exactly how my hid kit is:

That's what I'm a little worried about. It's not so much that they are expensive (which they probably are), but that their sale is illegal in the US. But nevermind, since you live in Canada.
No problems for you.

Dainfamous, I would trade, but I want to get h4 hids. I'm going back to stock. Not too much interested in projectors anymore..
Big, My contact for these HIDs guarantee the bulbs with a warranty. I can ask them how much the bulbs would be alone. He also supplies bulbs compatible to this kit in the following kelvins: 4000, 6000, 8000 and 10000..
gearbox, Legality, depends on where you live. In Miami.. the cops dont seem to care as long as they are aimed properly. None of my boys with HID's get stopped.. They are all tuned to perform as low beams and are exactly like Audi headlights.. they aren't some ridiculous 12000k and up that resemble FAA aprroved approaching aircraft HID's.. If cops would pull over all HID's they better start pulling over luxury level, stock equipped HID's vehicles too. You see what I'm getting at? As long as HID's are aimed properly.. police can't touch you.

Anybody want them? I need to sell them now.. Had a lil' misfortunate accident yesterday and need exactly 300 to fix.
Asking: 300 plus shipping. Great price for a brand new HID kit.. never used. You've seen the length of the wires and the ease of installation.. It definitely helps

hid's consume less power than stock headlights, so no worries. probably around 30-35W, where as stock is 55/60W
hell, stock civics have harness burning issues, these would actually help

Pickups are encouraged!! Like that you can see how great this kit really is.. but I can't do that price. I stand to lose to much on a product I never used.
I'll personally drive to Pembroke mall in front of C.B. Smith to save you the hassle of miami traffic.. specially where I stay at in miami.. (Doral)
I really need to get 300 for it. That is a great price for new HIDs in 8000k.. No off brand either, it's McCulloch. They are established, unlike mr. jing or k2.. or piece together kits with short ballast wiring like the philips. These HIDs are very well made..
