my buddie is selling his mint SPW hid kit ... its bright as hell !!! 10,000K, if thats not bright then i dont know what is ... retails for around 550 but my friend is only asking 400 shipped.

10,000K isn't a brightness rating as you seem to imply.
Its the Kelvin rating. Think of it as a color rating.
10,000K would actually be the "dimmest" of all HID kits assuming they don't make anything higher than that. 4300K would be the "brightness."
But of course its definitely brighter than any halogen bulb.
