You should have a midsection on your exhaust. It has the catalytic converter in it. All you need to do is drop that midsection out, pick up a new catalytic converter (or use the stock one), bring it to an exhaust shop and have them make you a new pipe with flanges and the cat in the midpipe. They can even bolt it in for you and you're good to go.

Or, if you don't want a cat, leave it off and run a test pipe. The downpipe with the kit has bungs for both o2 sensors, so no worries there.
