i was thinkin bout sellin my 9600xt and buyin a new motherboard with that money and then buying a msi geforce5950 ultra, but id rather stick with ati
i dunno about the power suply tho, you have any other PSU's around 350-400watts? i just dont want the generic one to give me probs and kill my pc...sorry if it seems like im being picky, but i am, lol

This WAS a great price, until they announced the new X800 Graphics cards. Now the 9800 Pro and 9800XT will go down in price a lot. i already saw 9800Pros go for $179 at Fry's, brand new. I think i'll wait for the price to go down, or just plunk the $400 for an ATI X800 Pro.
thats why i said a good price for a card AND a PSU...trust me, ive been keeping an eye on the X800's and 6800's...id rather drop the extra100bucks on one of those bad boys and not have to worry abot gettin a new card for a while...but we'll see

hehe luckily my cousin picked up one of those 9800 pros for me. 179..sucha great deal. there was only one left.

Rep Power: 0 good luck finding 9800 pro in stores for under 200 now. the prices on those gonna jack up soon once ati stop producing those. same thing happened with the 9500 pro
well, umm i was planning on getting this today because i need it before the 19th and im not about to pay even more for shipping...whats the deal here?

yeh..i'm lookin for the 9800pro 128...but i'm looking for the 256bit....are the ones you got the 256bit or the 128bit????? the 128bit is the ones i seen going for less than 200. word...once hl2 comes out..9800 pro it is!
