yeah they are oem with 3 pieces. 1 rear piece, and of course the two up front. The brackets I lost is why i dont have them. They are practically brand new. I used for a short time, then I took them out while cleaning my car, put them away and forgot about them. so I kinda got used to not having them is why i'm content on letting them go
