Hehehe...I thought that would get a response.
I'm fabbing up a set for testing on my B16 which will be 46mm.
There are a number of design ideas that will be thrown at this...specifically the problems that arise when using a MAP sensor...

This sounds like something I would definately be interested in. Do you recommend installing the grounding kit in 30 cm's of snow cuz that's what we're about to get...haha.

I got my kit installed today folks. I have pics coming so I can show you pretty much the best way to install it in the bay of a 7thgen. I have it so you can't hardly see any of the wires except where they enter the block....very clean.

I took her out tonight for a spin and here's what I noticed thus far.

My TYC's are brighter and don't dim at all, ever.

The idle is smooth as silk

The acceleration is a hell of alot smoother

Better throttle response from stop.

Gas mileage will take some time to discover. I'm fillin up in the morning and I'll reset my trip.

I'll be taking my pics and setting up a nice thread for you all to look through.

Pharoh just got me a pic of the install.
I'm impressed with how cleanly he was able to complete this. for you...
He has nothing but good things to say so far, in terms of the difference in performance. I will let him tell you.
He chose to install this kit using a bracket that was used for his OEM intake. Apparently there is also a trick to getting the cable under the coil cover that he will fill you in on.
Here is a pic. I'll apologize for the dirt in his engine.
You can see the block over toward the left seide of the pic.
Enjoy

I still couldn't figure out where to ground the thermostat or alternator. The thermostat only has two bolts that hold it in place. For the alternator, is it the left side opposite the pulley and belt?

Check out my pics. I have a gallery set up with all the pics that I took. I haven't named them yet but I will. I'm also gonna build a thread with them. But for now maybe they will help.

Well, here it is folks. I got the write up done. It's basically a total review on the installation and the product itself. Hope you enjoy it.

Looks like a neat little mod. Nice write up pharoh. Will you be taking it to the dyno soon. I know you didnt dyno before the install, but if you dyno after atleast it will give a ballpark figure.

Chris- I dont think I'll have an money until the summer. But, is there a way to get GREEN? If not I'll be find with silver or one of the other colors.

The silver box is the Ground Block. All of the cables connect to it to create a central ground point. It is designed to show no bolts once it is installed. It is also designed to eliminate a number of connections. If you look at the ground kit on eBay you have this: cable->ring terminal->bolt->steel disk->bracket->ground. With my kit you get this: cable->aluminum ground block->aluminum bracket->ground.
Aluminum conducts about twice as well as steel.
With my kit, you also get a better looking terminal, 4 gauge cabling for the battery and main ground, and illustrated instructions. Just stringing the cables to random points will do very little, my instructions show the key points.
My kit is designed better and uses better materials than every ground kit I have seen...

It should, although you may need to take it off to attach the ground. Or just ground the thermostat, chassis, tranny, and valve cover. Don't worry about the tb.
