How to delete picture from screen.

So, I uploaded an image to the screen on my 2015 Civic. I used a memory stick and the process was simple. Now I want to delete the image but I can't figure out how to do that, nor can I find any instructions.
any help?

Isn’t there a delete tab on the same menu where you uploaded the picture? Check out the video below. He shows how to upload, and I see the delete tab also.
