How do I replace this type of headlight bulb?

How do I replace this type of headlight bulb?
I am not sure if this is a stock or aftermarket bulb, but the other harness and plug attached to it make me wonder. This bulb apparently burned out or something when I got in a small fender bender last week. It seems to be one piece down into two separate plugs, how do I replace this? [ATTACH][ATTACH]

Looks like an HID bulb, size should be on it. Follow it to the connector and disconnect. Swap it with the other side to make sure it is the bulb and not a ballast.
