1992 radio and clock stopped working,,HELP please

1992 radio and clock stopped working,,HELP please
The radio and the clock stopped working suddenly at the same time.
The fuse is good and the lighter works but the main power to the radio has no juice. The "accessory" power to the deck has juice though.
Is it possible that the clock has gone out and affected the radio power?
I couldnt figure out how to remove the clock to test it....
Ideas???

Engine compartment fuse box,
fuse #32, 7.5 amp, labeled "back up"
Dash fuse box,
fuse #15, 10 amp
fuse #23, 15 amp
