ac problem

WHEN I START THE CAR ANd TURN ON THE AC THE CAR STARTS VIVRATING AND MAKING A NOISE IS LIKE IF THE IS LOSING POWEr TILL I TURN IT OFF WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEMCAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE!!!
