brake wire for headunit 7002nr power accustik

hi all i have a power accustik hu, 7002-nr and i dont feel llike running a wire to the e brake for the video.. is there any wires behind the hu i can splice into to bypass this on the head unit?

my sub is 225W MTX Thunder 4500 10" will this amp work? MTX - 400W Class D Bridgeable 1-Channel Amplifier with Low-Pass Crossovers
Model: TN250/1 the amp i have now is a denon dca-800 300W but its only 100W on the sub channel
