Help!!! Stereo buzz and no horn!

well heres the deal.. i just put in a new stereo in my car and made sure all the wiring was tight, had one of my tech buddys help me out too, but now when i drive the speakers seem too buzz at low rpms or shift from 1 to 2... idk why buts its annoying. next is the horn, i puch my button but just the relay clicks.. no sound.. any help????

check the fuses? maybe the deck isnt grounded properly, that will cause noises.

Always Check Power and Ground....You also might have high resistance somewhere where you mounted your stereo, which could be giving you that buzz.If your tech buddy has a logic probe or a DMM you can use that to test your fuses. Just looking at it isn't going to solve the problem. And just because your relay clicks doesn't mean its working. You could not have power to the fuse box for that relay. Take a DMM and check how much resistance you have on that relay from the 85 and 86 slot, and take a 9v battery and make it click to turn it on.
