adding extra speakers

Hello,

I have 2 extra speakers 6x9, i want to add this extra speakers at the back.

i dont want to touch the exist speakers that are already in there, just want to make 2 holes at the back (shelf) and connect this 2 extra speakers.

My problem is, i dont know where to start, i dont know how to connect this 2 extra speakers.

Could someone please give me a solution. Do i need to cut any wires or join any 2 wires up?? need help.

Thank you in advanced...

Re: adding extra speakers

assuming you can cut holes and mount them properly, you cannot use the stock wiring to hook em up. either have to get an amp to run your existing speakers so you can put the new ones on the deck amp, or just buy an amp for the new speakers.

Re: adding extra speakers

You could split the wires to yur existing rear speakers, but it would sound like ****, split the power, overpower your headunit and risk crossing wires and messing everything up.
Buy and amp and cables.
Basically, what gearbox said is prolly the best solution

Re: adding extra speakers
