HELP! Viper Alarm Issues

I currently changed the battery in both remotes to my Alarm Sustem
(Viper 850XV). Since then the remotes/ alarm don't work anymore. I already checked the box, and changed all the fuses I saw, what do I do?

Re: HELP! Viper Alarm Issues

plug in the bit writter and find out whats going on.... learn the remotes to the alarm and if this still doesnt work pull the alarm down. grab your multimeter, and see if there is ground on the black wire, then check for power on the red wire, with those two aok then email back and i will go from there, we will get this alarm working good buddie!

Re: HELP! Viper Alarm Issues

^^^ correct. the first thing i would do is check your wiring and check the unit for power and a good ground connection.
