Rep Power: 236 Sedan Rear Speakers?
Hey, ive been wondering, to get a bit more bass in the back, would any of you suggest 6X8's in there? I know there would be some cutting involved, but is it worth it? I wouldnt mind if it wasnt too extreme.

Rep Power: 238 For the labor you would put into it you should just go for a sub. The 8s currently in my doors used to be in my rear deck in my last car but I still felt I needed a sub. Plus 6x8 isn't that much of a step up anyway.
It was a PITA to widen the hole. I had to lay upside down with an airsaw.

Rep Power: 236 interesting idea, did the deck fit on after all that? I had to cut some out of the door witha dremel, so its not that big of a deal to cut, i just wanted some opinion if its worth it or not.

Rep Power: 238 The rear deck did fit after that. I thought it was worth it in that car. I don't know if I'd want to use a dremel. It probably wouldn't be a fun clean up afterwards, not that using an airsaw was much better.
