Best offset for EJ8?

I want to get different wheels. I am thinking 16x8 SSR Formula Mesh Gold, I want the rims to he flush with the fenders BUT I DON'T want to roll my fenders, what offset should I go with? I am not good at measuring offset and don't want to order the wrong offset and have to run spacers.... Figured I would ask some experianced guys on the forums.
