I have 17 inch tenzo rims there a matte black finish just wondering if I sand them down will they come out like a aluminum finish ?

Possibly if you can sand it down in stages starting from a rough grit down to a 1500 or more wet sand. It's going to take a lot of sanding! It will look like crap after a while without a clear coat on it.

I personally would not attempt it.
