Tires for Serious Construction Site

I just started working a new construction site building a water treatment facility and dam. The first quarter of a mile of rock (like medium size rip rap) is beating my poor tires, and 2002 civic to death. Please advise best tires to deal with this.

Someone elses tires would be best IMO.

10 ply tires under a 1 ton work truck?
Whatever tires are underneath the company truck.
Or anyone elses truck.

It's a CIVIC, not a rock crusher.

/Well, I didn't see anyone else answering... Duh.

Michelin A/T'2s outperform any other tire in gravel wear tests.

Might need new wheels though. Do they make civic lift kits?
