lug nut dimensions?

I bought rims for my civic. I need to buy lug nuts that will actually fit into the lug holes on the rim. I was wondering what thread size I need and also I need to know the depth.

Re: lug nut dimensions?

M12 x 1.5

If you get open ended lug nuts, depth shouldn't matter

Re: lug nut dimensions?

m12 X1.5. the lugs should have a tapered bottom.

Re: lug nut dimensions?

Yea.. the taper shouldn't matter (seeing as how all lug nuts have the taper) unless you decide to pick up some no-**** mugen rims. the taper on those are at a 45º whereas all others are at 60º. But, if you're gonna front the cash for some no-**** mugen's, then you shouldn't have a problem picking up mugen lug nuts as well

make sure you do not need tuner lugs as well, which are thinner. still same size 12 x 1.50.

Re: lug nut dimensions?

if you have aftermarket rims, you almost guaranteed to need tuner style nuts. do not use the oem nuts.
