Hi.
New to the forum.
I have a 1995 Honda Civic and want to change the front brake pads.
Believe I know most of the basic steps to do the job.
But.... the upper caliper bolt is new to me, in that it has a "pin boot".
Can someone explain this to me. A expanded picture would be nice. Need to know how to get it off and then back on.
Need to loosen that upper bolt, since just removing the lower bolt does not seem to let me swing the caliper up to remove the pads.
Also........ I notice that one of my lower caliper bolts is kind of bent. What would cause this?
