97 civic dx parking brake problem
Just bought a 97 civic dx coupe and the parking brake doesn't release on the passenger side. Took the console out around the ebrake and the cable is connect but won't release all the way. It has been in a garage all night because I though maybe it was just frozen. Still the same thing. Any ideas what it could be?
