I need help!!!!

OK so i was drivin down the highway today and saw a 90 sumthin civic all banged up saying on the windsheild "PARTING OUT" i got a set of four 17" riiiiimzz but they dont fit! what can i do! bigger studs with washers to off set teh rims? or longer lug nuts and washers?
