I have a 14'" stock wheels with tire size of 185/70/14 I want to get 195 width and the height meaning the aspect ratio of the tire i want it to be just like stock gap between fender and tire so I am not sure if I should get 195/65/14 or 195/70/14

if you look at the specs for various tires at tirerack.com you can see the diameter of the size you're interested in.
