How do you get a phat lip?

Does anyone know how you can get a really fat *** lip on some rims?
And I'm not talking about using Axis Widetrack either....

I read somewhere in another forum that you can use a certian kind of wheel offset, size and tire to get a nice deep lip, but now i can't find that post again, does anyone know how to do such a thing? I know Im asking the wrong crowd, (well, maybe) but if anyone has an idea how to do something like that help is appreciated... thanks yall.

Eh I guess I don't really care all that much anymore. I think i'll be good with the double stepped lip.... kinda like this....

lower the offset, the more of the wheel hangs out. It still depends on the design of the wheel though.

How low of an offset do you think the 7th gen can run before running into problems like rubbing and scraping ans stuff?

lower the offset, the more of the wheel hangs out
youre gonna destroy your cars handling by drastically changing the offset. i wouldnt go more than +/- 3mm from stock

Answer: buy a new car.
Seriously, the Civic offset is terrible for lip options, there's really nothing you can do. This is mine, it's one of the biggest I've seen on a Civic without any modification.

Mine's an 18 inch Tenzo-R Drive X-7 wheel. I forget what the offset is, maybe 40 or 45? I was told it's as far as you can go without major rubbing on the fender.
