What could this be?
For some reason my brakes seem really soft, only for the first 5 min of driving though. Its like I nail the brakes and the car has trouble stopping. Then after about 5 min they are fine. Any ideas?

you need heat in the brakes for the compound to grab. Some pads are like that.
