Is that suppose to be a CEL code? Something you found on the engine? A part for the car?

Weird thing is, why wouldn’t the block markings on a actual engine from a Japan engine builder for a Japanese market car only sold in Japan and never intended for export, not be marked with Japanese alphabet symbols?

Just saying..
