I'm considering getting a small fuel can so I can run the car completely empty once or twice. I know it's not too great for the car, so I'll limit it to once or twice. Then I'll know EXACTLY how far I can take my tank. People like us tend to push the envelope :-D

Yeah... I usually don't, but circumstances aren't always within my control. I usually never let it get below 1/4 in the summer and 1/2 in the winter. I do know that in my Yukon, if I'm careful about how I drive, I can get 500 miles on a tank, on almost 3x the gas as my Civic! :doah:
