Question OEM Options for 2004 EX Sedan 5 Speed

Hello all,
I recently purchased my Civic, and when I found it online, in one picture I saw 2 master keys, a valet, and two keyless remotes. When I took delivery on the car (Honda dealer treated it like a Certified Pre Owned) All I got was one key and remote. Today, I went and had a second master key cut and cloned, and bought a extra remote, because I really don't want to shell out to have the car towed to the dealer and then new keys originated and programmed, and I inquired about having one of the keys for the '06+ keys made for it. The clerk said that the only thing their system showed is what was stock for the car, but I know I've seen the integrated (remote head) keys used on this generation of Civic before. Does anyone know what part number or model number of the integrated key that will work with my car?

I'm also wanting to put fog lights on it, but I don't want to go with some cheap aftermarket kit. Where could I find the fog light housings and OEM switch for my car? Would the wiring already be in place, this being an EX, or would I need to run new wiring?

I've seen some of the Canadian variants here (Seattle area) with DRL's. Is that something that can be activated in programming, or does it require additional modules?

My car came with the KARR alarm tied into the keyless entry (dealer add-on?), and I like it, but I would also prefer something with a siren. If I do bother with replacing that, I'd like to add remote start. I know there's an interlock switch on the clutch that prevents the car from starting if the clutch isn't in, but does anyone know if there's a neutral switch already in the gearbox?

Thanks for your time! :-)

(PS - Love the demented smilies y'all have!)

one of the keys for the '06+ keys made for it.
Chip (transponder) for immobilizer is not compatible, and I seriously think the remote fob is also incompatible.

EDIT: If you are really slick, maybe you could cut out the important stuff and transplant them into the head of a late model key.
fog lights
Ebay?
The cars were not wired for fogs, other than (I think) a single wire already run thru the firewall within a harness. Get a set of install instructions to see more about this.

with DRL's
Not equipped on US cars.
Canadian cars have different wiring and a control unit of sorts for the DRL.

neutral switch already in the gearbox?
No. I believe there is only one switch on their manual trans for reverse lights.
