whats the deal with the blue gauge clusters.

My civic is the only 7th gen ive been in. And I have the regular gauge cluster. No tach with the color scheme of the older vehicles the green ish whatever its called look. Every one i see online is blue and look a lot more modern. What gives? Why is mine different than what I've seen online.

Re: whats the deal with the blue gauge clusters.

They revamped the cluster from 03+ and the sedan's came in blue vs the coupe's red. Also, 01-02 had the same deal, but backlit instead of LED lighting.

Or, if you're like me and like tinkering with stuff, I have an 02 coupe with an EL blue gauge overlay and blue needles.
