Towing a Kayak with 2001 Civic EX
Don't have a trailer yet but they're pretty lightweight and the kayak weighs less than 70 lbs. Anyone foresee any potential problems?

should be fine, but you might want to rest along the way to give the trans some cool down time. are you towing up thru the mountains?

I drove cross country (upstate NY to Vegas) with over 400 lbs of cargo in my 02 ex coupe. I think you'll be fine.

As they said, should be fine
People carry their bikes with hitches on civics, so I doubt it be much heavier, just like having 3 fat people in teh back seat
