HELP! i can see clutch spinning under car!!! 92 hatch SI
i bought this hatch last week off a buddy and just now seen under the car right where the clutch meets the trans, is a piece of metal bent open, and exposing a rusted looking clutch or something
i have never replaced a clutch so im not sure what it is here a PICTURE BELOW
any ideas?!!?!? thanks guys all the help is appreciated this is my FIRST POST!~!

Welcome to the forum
It looks like it's just a stamped steel inspection cover that someone has pried for some reason. Apparently it's been like that for some significant amount of time without issue.
You can beat it back down into place but if you bend it too far it might contact the spinning parts and make a bunch of noise.
