help

hello all i recently got a 95 honda civic ex coupe with 90000 miles on it. ive been having problems with after the first week stalling and low idle shocks all blew out just a bad buy. i did get it to stop stalling but the idle is a little high so they said when i went to get the emissions done today which i failed. i changed the spark plugs, air filter, fuel filter, had the valves adjusted and had to change the power steering pump.

now my problem is i failed emissions today it says primary emission test performed: TSI-fail
HC ppm standard 220 mine was 517
CO% standard 1.20 mine 0.82
CO2% mine 12.8
02% mine 2.1

mode: high idle - fail
HC ppm standard 220 mine 289
CO% standard 1.20 mine .92
CO2% mine 13.1
02% mine 1.6

anybody have any ideas what i can do to bring the emissions down?

Re: help

How about those fuel injectors?
Have you been running any cleaner through your system?
How does the catalytic converter look under the car?
Have you tried hooking up an OBDII scanner and reading the codes yourself?

I'm gonna get under it tonight and make sure it's not a test pipe. If that's what it is that's why it would fail?
