so i am thinking about a civic del sol d15b swap from hmotorsonline. now, its ~1300 dollars for
- Motor
- Intake Manifold
- Exhaust Manifold
- Injectors
- Fuel Rail
- Throttle body
- Alternator
- Distributor
- 5 Speed Hydro Tranny
- ECU
i am in calfornia so will this swap be legal for BAR certification? i've heard it's just a drop in procedure from the stock engine. i'll be replacing the ecu to a p08 ecu and ive heard i can use the stock harness. Is this true? questions.

1. is this a straight drop in swap (including ecu) into a 95 del sol
2. Will the swap be able to be BAR certified.
3. Will I be able to use the Edelbrock D16Y8 kit with the d15b and BAR it? If not, please list (if you can) a legal turbo kit for the d15b.
