Engine making "metal" sound! Help!?

I need help with my 1995 Civic EX Coupe 1.6L Engine. Its making a sound like metal "tumbling." Not sure what it is. Heres a video showing the sound http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B8zBZ...tailpage#t=12s

Has it given you a CEL error yet?

Nope. Unfortunately there isnt anything to help me figure out what it is... It sucks :/

To me it sounds like its running without oil. But ive triple checked it and the oil level is fine. Im assuming the engine is just ready to give up... Im swapping it out with an identical engine for now and will eventually upgrade it in the future...
