94 civic vx rpm issue

Iv had this car for less than 6 months.its a stock 94 civic vx with 131k miles on it.so far iv replace the slave cylinder in the clutch, oil change from reg oil to 5w-30 full synthetic, also cleaned out the iacv. I have to replace the radiator, throwout bearing, and axle shaft seal. Im currently having this rpm issue in the video provided. I have no idea where the problem is and hoping someone out there knows or had this issue.iv been told its the iacv.iv completely sprayed it out with carb cleaner already.is it an issue if the filter on it is pushed inward? Or is this rpm issue something different?

Re: 94 civic vx rpm issue

my idle is fluctuating from 800 to 2000, over and over and over. It was throwing the code for the IAV valve so i replaced it, now it does the same thing but no code... im lost...
