D16 no water pressure?
I recently bought a 95 DX Coupe with a D16z6 and 5 Speed swap and i'm starting to find all the issues and short cuts the idiots who did the swap did..
my biggest concern being that i found out that the connection for the return line that goes from the heater core to the radiator was not only stripped out but not connected...
the most concerning bit is that there was NO water coming out yet the car doesnt seem to be overheating. it reads cool (though i have no idea if the temp gauge is working correctly, seeing as how the speedo seems to be shorting out and the fuel gauge reads full till its almost empty) and runs fine. there is coolant in the rad so i'm thinking my water pump is shot..
i'm just extremely confused as to why it hasnt overheated because i had to drive it an hour to get it home.
i appreciate any help at all before i go and replace the water pump
