D16Z6 revs limited to 2k

D16Z6 revs limited to 2k
I noticed that revs are limited to 2k. Wouldn't be an issue if it only happened in nuetral, but it happens in the first 3 gears too. Maybe 4th and 5th too, just haven't driven it that fast yet.
Found a few posts that suggested switched sensor plugs. Nothing has changed since it was working normal.
Any ideas what it could be?

Meh. Found out my car is more pieced together than I thought it was. It has a '89 Integra ECU, hence why the weird RPM limit when I put the right distributor for the motor one. Went back to the old distributor and all is well again... Other than it wanting to try to hop out of the cam notch, since it's only held in with 1 bolt.
