I'm considering buying a 91 civic 1.5l stock that has been sitting for 4 years and that does not run. The price on it is 300.00 and the guy said that it ran fine when it was running but they wrecked it. It has front end damage but from the fender back it is flawless. He has a new radiator support for it just needs to be put on. Has all other accessories too. Just curious if this would be a smart investment?. I dont mind putting money into it but obviously the less the better.
