im looking at this 93 bubble (good deal?)

Question im looking at this 93 bubble (good deal?)
im thinking about getting this 1993 eg bubble itll be my first im gonna post up the link hes asking 3200 should i get it? only thing it needs is a headliner and interiors id say 6/10? any help would be grateful thanks. TAKE A LOOK AND WHAT DO YOU THINK

Pass.
3200 is a big price for an aged car. And god only knows what kind of work the owner did and maybe didnt do right.
