suggestions
Hey everyone I'm new on here does any one have any suggestions on where to start on my 95 civic dx its stock except last owner dropped it so just would like some opinions on what's a good thing to do and at the same time not going to break the bank either thanks.

Welcome to the forum! 
Window tint and rims can make a car look 10x better. Nice little cold air intake will make it sound good (i recommend AEM), headers and exhaust to give it a deeper tone. Your possibilities are endless.
