I'm turboing my d16z6. I have a stock bottom end with a. 70 trim gt35r turbo with rc 750cc injectors. I was wondering how much boost is safe for the stock bottom end and how much hp I should be pushing at x amount of boost. And I would also like to know if this big of a turbo would cause problems

Above 8 psi you should have head studs, above 16 psi you need to have a built bottom end, I wouldn't daily it on more than 8 psi without building it because you'll have reliability issues.

How much hp you make depends on many the tune, not just the psi, you will probably be a little below 200hp.

The big turbo will spool slow.

Re: boosted d16z6

Do you think that the injectors are to big for a stock boytom end car running low boost?

Re: boosted d16z6

The injectors are massively oversized for your set-up, you might only use half their full capacity.
