I was wondering if anyone has ever thought about adding a light to the glove compartment since there is a lack of one?

I'd love to see a great DIY write up for this. I've searched the web but there wasnt a really good write up.

I'd like it to have a light the turn on when I open the glove box and turns off when I close it. I wouldnt mind if it had a switch I'd have to turn on and off.

+1 on the DIY light in the glove compartment.

I know the new vehicles have them, and I wished in my Civic I had one. Also, the interior center light sucks *****. I'm thinking of adding something more powerful & bigger.

Haha you would be surprised to know that I found 2010 Honda owners asking for a glove box light. Oh about the dome light, I'm going to swap the stock bulb for a white LED bulb from http://www.superbrightleds.com

Yeah its just pop out the old one and slap in the new one. If you look through google there are pictures of before and after and it makes a HUGE difference. It looks so nice. 1000% more visibility.

pics? which one do you have, i may be able to build you a custom white (or red or amber) dome light array.
